Baji Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Platform Rules

1. Introduction

Welcome to Baji. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and Baji ("the Platform", "we", "us") regarding your use of the baji-win.net website and all associated gaming, betting, and account services. Baji is an online gaming and sports betting platform operating under a valid gaming licence issued by the appropriate regulatory authority. These Terms have been written in plain English to ensure that every Baji player – regardless of their legal background – can understand exactly what they are agreeing to.

These Terms apply to all visitors and registered players accessing Baji from Pakistan and any other permitted jurisdiction. By creating a Baji account or placing a bet or game wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register or use the Baji platform.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To create a Baji account and access gaming and betting services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. Baji enforces strict age verification and any account found to belong to a minor will be suspended immediately, with all associated funds forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
• Jurisdiction: You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting is permitted under applicable local law. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of Baji complies with local regulations in your location.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted one Baji account only. Operating multiple accounts – whether under your own name, another name, or shared with another individual – is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false information at registration is grounds for permanent account closure.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals subject to court-ordered financial restrictions or formal insolvency proceedings are not eligible to hold a Baji account.

Baji reserves the right to request identity verification at any point, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by Baji may result in temporary account restriction until verification is complete.

3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Baji account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Baji recommends using a strong, unique password that you do not use for any other online service.

• Do not share your Baji login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Do not allow any third party to access your Baji account, place bets, or make withdrawals on your behalf.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify Baji's support team immediately via live chat or email at support@baji-win.net.
• Baji will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occurred because you shared or failed to protect your login credentials.

4. Deposits & Payments

Baji accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit cap for standard verified accounts.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Depositing from a third-party account is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• Deposits are credited to your Baji wallet in real time. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact Baji support with your transaction reference number.
• Baji does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.
• Baji processes all transactions in PKR. No currency conversion is applied on the Baji side.
• Deposits used to claim bonuses are subject to the bonus terms described in Section 6 of these Terms.

5. Withdrawals

Baji is committed to processing all verified withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum single withdrawal cap for standard accounts, though higher-value withdrawals may require additional verification as part of Baji's anti-money laundering procedures.

• Processing times: Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash typically process within 2–5 minutes of approval. Bank IBFT withdrawals process within 1–3 banking hours. Processing times are subject to the operating hours of your bank or wallet provider.
• Verification requirement: Baji may require identity verification before processing withdrawals. You may be asked to submit a copy of your CNIC or other government-issued ID. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money laundering requirement.
• Same-method withdrawal: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever technically possible. This is a security requirement to prevent fraudulent fund diversion.
• Wagering completion: Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met. Your account balance will clearly indicate which funds are withdrawable and which are subject to wagering.
• Baji does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing fees charged by your wallet or bank provider are outside Baji's control.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Baji offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion in addition to these general bonus terms, which apply across all Baji offers:

• Welcome Bonus: The 100% deposit match bonus up to Rs 10,000 is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit. To qualify, the deposit must meet the minimum promotional deposit threshold specified in the offer details at the time of registration.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each individual promotion's terms. Meeting wagering requirements means placing bets equal to the bonus amount multiplied by the stated wagering figure (e.g., a 10x requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means placing Rs 10,000 in qualifying bets).
• Qualifying Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots and most RNG games typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games and certain card games may contribute at a lower rate, as specified in each promotion. Sports bets generally require minimum odds to qualify, as stated in the relevant offer.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated free bets expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the promotion. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your account.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless specifically stated otherwise in a promotion. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses will result in the newer offer being declined.
• Abuse: Baji reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, systematic exploitation of promotional terms, or coordinated multi-account activity designed to generate artificial wagering volume.

7. Gaming & Betting Rules

All games and betting markets on Baji are governed by the following general rules in addition to game-specific rules displayed within each game or betting interface:

• Confirmed bets are final: Once a bet or game wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Baji platform, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review your selections carefully before confirming.
• Odds changes: Sports betting odds displayed at the time you open a bet slip may fluctuate before confirmation. Baji's platform will notify you if the odds on your selection have changed before you confirm. It is your decision whether to accept the revised odds.
• Void bets: A sports bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: the event being cancelled or abandoned, a technical error affecting odds generation, or an obvious pricing error. Voided bets are fully refunded to your Baji wallet.
• Live in-play betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of real-time data. Baji reserves the right to suspend live markets at any point. Bets already confirmed before a market suspension remain valid.
• Maximum payouts: Baji applies maximum payout limits per event and per sport. The applicable limits are displayed in the sportsbook and game interfaces. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum payout for a single event will be capped at the published limit.
• Error correction: In the event of a clear and obvious error in pricing, game credits, or settlement, Baji reserves the right to correct the error and re-settle affected bets at the correct price or outcome. Players will be notified of any such correction affecting their account.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Baji and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account under any name, email address, mobile number, or payment method.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or third-party tool to place bets, access game outcomes in advance, or manipulate game results.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or misconfigurations for financial gain. Any winnings generated as a result of a platform error are not valid and will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity that constitutes cheating in relation to sporting events or casino games offered on Baji.
• Money laundering or using the Baji platform to process funds derived from illegal activity. Baji complies with all applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
• Colluding with other players in poker, Teen Patti, Rummy, or any multiplayer game format available on Baji.
• Providing false identity documentation during verification or misrepresenting your age, location, or identity in any communication with Baji.
• Attempting to access or interfere with the Baji platform's backend systems, databases, or code.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

Baji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder under Baji's Responsible Gaming policy.
• Regulatory requirement or direction from a relevant authority.

In the event of account closure due to a Terms breach, Baji reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where funds are determined to have been acquired through prohibited conduct, those funds will be forfeited. Where the account is closed for other reasons, any verified real-money balance (excluding active bonus funds not yet released) will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may voluntarily close their Baji account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any withdrawable balance at the time of closure will be transferred to your registered payment method.

10. Responsible Gaming

Baji takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. Every Baji account comes with a full suite of responsible gaming tools that are accessible directly from account settings without needing to contact support. These tools include:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Session time reminders: Receive an alert after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off periods: Take a temporary break of 24 hours to 30 days from all gaming and betting activity on Baji.
• Self-exclusion: Request a permanent self-exclusion from the Baji platform. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reactivated. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.

• Baji collects only the data necessary to operate your account, process payments, and comply with regulatory obligations.
• Your personal data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Transaction and game history data is retained for the period required by applicable law and Baji's regulatory obligations.
• You have the right to request a copy of the personal data Baji holds about you by contacting support@baji-win.net.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Baji platform – including but not limited to the Baji brand name and logo, website design and layout, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials – is the intellectual property of Baji or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Baji platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Baji content without prior written permission.
• The Baji name, logo, and branding may not be used in any commercial context, social media account, website, or publication without explicit written authorisation from Baji.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Baji's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• Baji is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses of profit, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
• Baji is not responsible for disruption to services caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or actions of third-party service providers.
• Nothing in these Terms limits Baji's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by Baji's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

14. Amendments to These Terms

Baji reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Baji will provide reasonable notice by posting a prominent notice on the platform homepage and/or sending an email to the address registered on your account. The updated Terms will be effective from the date of publication on this page.

Your continued use of the Baji platform after the updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure via support@baji-win.net.

Baji recommends that all players periodically review this page to stay informed of any updates. The "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision.
