The registration form, deposits, and withdrawals all operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are designed specifically for the Pakistan market. You can register from any device – Android phone, iPhone, laptop, or PC – as long as you have an internet connection.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Baji account. This is a firm rule with no exceptions. Age verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be permanently closed and any funds handled according to applicable regulations. No. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Baji account. Operating multiple accounts – whether under your own name or under different details – is a serious breach of Baji's Terms and Conditions. All associated accounts will be permanently closed and balances forfeited if duplicate accounts are detected. Baji verifies accounts by mobile number, CNIC data, and payment method, so duplicates are identified automatically.

Basic account verification happens at registration via the mobile OTP. Full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal. To complete KYC, log in to your Baji account, go to Account Settings, and find the Verification section. You'll need to submit a clear photo of your CNIC (front and back) and a selfie. Verification typically completes within 24 hours. Accounts that complete KYC early experience faster withdrawal processing.

Changing your registered mobile number requires identity verification to prevent unauthorised changes. Contact Baji's support team via live chat with your account username and a valid CNIC photo to initiate the change. The team will verify your identity and guide you through the process. This typically takes 1–2 business days. You cannot change your registered number directly from account settings for security reasons.

Account suspensions at Baji are usually triggered by failed login attempts (security lock), a pending KYC review, or a compliance check. If your account is suspended, do not create a new account – that will make the situation more complicated. Contact Baji's live support team immediately. Explain that your account is suspended and provide your username and the mobile number you registered with. The support team will explain the reason and guide you through resolution.

First, check your mobile wallet or bank app to confirm whether the payment was actually deducted from your account. If it was deducted but hasn't appeared in your Baji wallet after 10 minutes, take a screenshot of the payment confirmation showing the transaction ID, date, time, and amount. Then contact Baji support via live chat and provide these details. Our team will trace the transaction and credit your Baji account manually within 1–4 hours. If the payment was not deducted, simply try the deposit again.

Baji charges no fees on deposits. The amount you send from your Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, or bank account is the exact amount credited to your Baji wallet. However, your mobile wallet provider (e.g. Jazz) may charge a small transaction fee on their end – this is outside Baji's control. Check your wallet app's fee schedule if you're concerned about provider-side charges.

Log in to your Baji account and go to the Wallet section. Select Withdraw, choose your preferred method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, or bank IBFT), and enter the amount. Confirm that the receiving account is registered in your own name, then submit the request. Mobile wallet withdrawals typically process within 2–5 minutes. The minimum withdrawal at Baji is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for standard verified accounts, though large withdrawals may be subject to routine additional verification. Bonus funds that have not completed their wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn – only your real-money balance (cash balance) is available for withdrawal at any time.

Most withdrawals process within the standard timeframes. Bank IBFT transfers during public holidays or outside banking hours may take until the next business day. Withdrawal cancellation is possible if the request has not yet been processed. Baji does not charge any fees on withdrawals. The full amount you request is sent to your mobile wallet or bank account. Never. Baji will never ask for your password, full OTP code, or complete CNIC number via SMS, email, live chat, or any other channel. Legitimate Baji support staff have no need for your password to assist you. If you receive any message claiming to be from Baji and asking for these details, it is a phishing attempt.
